Services Description

Tenut Resilience provides personal development, coaching, and resilience training services. Our programs are designed to support personal growth and transformation through evidence-based practices.

Our services are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, medical care, or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact appropriate emergency services immediately.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our website and services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain services, you may need to provide personal information and create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Payment and Fees

Program fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and must be paid in full before services begin, unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing.

Refund Policy

Fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

• We determine that our services are not appropriate for your needs before the program begins
• Services cannot be delivered due to circumstances within our control
• As otherwise specified in your service agreement

Cancellation Policy

Session cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, subject to the following exceptions:

• You provide written consent to disclosure
• Disclosure is required by law or court order
• There is imminent risk of harm to you or others
• Suspected abuse or neglect of vulnerable individuals

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Participate actively and honestly in the program
• Complete assigned practices and integration work
• Communicate openly about your progress and challenges
• Attend scheduled sessions or provide adequate notice of cancellation
• Inform us of any medical or psychological conditions that may affect your participation
• Seek appropriate professional help if experiencing a mental health crisis

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Engage in unauthorized data collection
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or services
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website or services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:
